Breathe

Breathe. Just breathe. That's what I am doing too. Ground yourself. There is a major shift but it's okay, you will be fine, we will be fine. Here are some essentials -

1. Keep hydrated - Drink lots of water, have detox water too if you can or else plain old water will do
2. Breathe - Keep doing deep breathing exercises till the palpitation subsides. Try anulom vilom if you feel like
3. Ground yourself - Walk barefoot, let the energy flow through your body to be absorbed into the ground, ideally in a garden, but the home floor is fine too - concrete, marble will do
4. Calm yourself - Sit quietly and close your eyes and just let your mind wander. Release the noise and sit still till you feel your mind is empty. Feel the nothingness
5. Music, dance, write - Don't stop doing these
6. Reach out - If things are too overwhelming, just ask for my help, I will reach you in some form or other to soothe you. Trust me

I know it's not easy, but no change is. You are doing great. Just keep going.
